TICKET POLICY

Please read through our ticket policy carefully before you make your purchase.

REFUNDS

All ticket purchases are final. Refunds will only be made available in the following circumstances:

  • Show cancellation: if a show is cancelled and a reschedule date is not provided, Assembly will automatically refund all tickets for the cancelled show. No action is required of you.

  • Show postponement / reschedule: if a show is postponed to a new date due to inclement weather, artist illness, or for any other reason, refunds will be made available to all ticket buyers by email request to info@impactconcerts.com for a period of one week (7 days) from the announcement of postponement. Please provide your name, email address, and order number to request a refund. After the 7-day window has closed, refunds will no longer be available and all remaining tickets will be automatically valid for the newly rescheduled date.

  • Ticket-holder medical emergency: if you or a member of your party is unable to attend a show due to medical emergency, you may submit a request for refund to info@impactconcerts.com. Your request MUST include a note from a doctor or medical professional, and must be received by 3pm on the day of show.

Outside of the circumstances listed above, refunds are not available.

WAITLISTS

A waitlist will be automatically launched for all shows that sell out, or for any individual ticket type that sells out. The Waitlist allows you to get in line to buy tickets that may become available after a show or particular ticket type has already sold out.

How the Waitlist works:

  • You'll be placed into a first-come, first-served list. 

  • Your card will be pre-authorized, but not charged, and you will receive a Waitlist email confirmation.

  • If tickets become available, your order will be processed automatically, your card will be charged, and you will be notified via email. 

  • Seat selection will not be available for Waitlist orders. If your order is fulfilled, you will automatically receive the best available ticket(s) for seated orders. Please note that you may end up with seats that are not together.

All tickets purchased through the Waitlist include a $10 fee per ticket. If you never receive tickets, you will not be charged for any tickets or fees.

TICKET TRANSFERS

If you are unable to use your tickets and would like to transfer them to another party, you are able to do so by simply logging into your Tixr account and going to MY EVENTS. From there, select the ticket(s) that you would like to transfer and enter the email address you want to receive the transfer offer. 

Please note that the person receiving the tickets will need to create a Tixr log-in and accept the transfer before the tickets are in their name.

CAUTION: OTHER TICKET RE-SALE PLATFORMS

We STRONGLY caution our fans against purchasing tickets directly from another customer or website in any fashion. Do not purchase tickets that you see advertised by customers on websites like Stubhub, Vivid Seats, Seatgeek, Craigslist, Facebook or any other third-party platform. We see many ticketing scams and unless tickets are purchased directly through our website, our waitlist or transferred through the Tixr fan-to-fan transfer option, we can not guarantee that they are real tickets and you risk the chance of arriving and being denied entry.

CHILDREN AND MINORS

All events are "All Ages" unless indicated otherwise. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must remain with the child at all times during the event. Children 10 and under do not require a ticket for entry. Minors may NOT be dropped off to attend the show by themselves.
