  • All tickets for upcoming events are sold through our ticketing partner, Tixr. You can see a list of all shows currently on-sale through Tixr at this link.

    Tickets will also be sold at the Box Office on the evening of the show (as long as the show is not sold out).

  • All events are "All Ages" unless indicated otherwise. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must remain with the child at all times during the event. Children 10 and under do not require a ticket for entry.

  • All ticket purchases are final. Refunds will only be made available in the certain circumstances as outlined in our Ticket Policy.

  • Yes. Assembly is accessible to customers with disabilities. The venue has an elevator located on the street-level ground floor on the left-hand side of the building. A chair can be available on the GA floor as per request. The venue has two ADA accessible restrooms. If you have specific questions about ADA accommodations, please email info@impactconcerts.com.

    Registered Service Animals with documented proof of status are welcome into events at Assembly.

  • Professional photography, videography, or audio recording equipment is prohibited at Assembly without prior permission. Personal phone cameras are usually allowed, however the photo policy of each event will be determined by the artist(s). If you wish to take photos or video clips, please ensure that the flash and sound are turned off, and the brightness of your screen is dimmed.

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Beverages will be available for purchase at Assembly.

  • Most events at Assembly will allow re-entry with a valid wristband. In some cases, re-entry may be prohibited.

    • Bags larger than 16”x16”x8” will NOT be permitted inside the venue.

    • No outside food, beverages, or alcohol

    • No glass containers

    • No illegal substances

    • No weapons, firearms, knives, box cutters, tools of any kind (including hammers, knives, screwdrivers, etc.), pepper spray, mace, or any kind of item that could be used as a weapon.

    • No professional audio visual equipment

    • No pets (sorry, we love dogs and cats but cannot allow them into the event). Please DO NOT plan to leave your pet in your car!
